Ezekiel Sumare holds a BA in Forestry Management and has worked with Tanzania Forest Services as a Duluti Reserve practitioner for three years. In this role, he gained valuable experience in managing and conserving forest resources, ensuring sustainable practices within the reserve. Ezekiel's expertise in forestry management is complemented by his hands-on experience in the field, where he has been involved in various conservation and resource management activities. Resiato Salyan Lembaka holds a BA in Technical and Professional Communication from Daystar University. With six years of dedicated experience in anti-gender-based violence (GBV) work, Resiato has made significant contributions to the PWC Women Empowerment Program across Longido, Ngorongoro, and Simanjiro. Her expertise in communication, combined with her commitment to advocating for women's rights and empowerment, has enabled her to effectively support and uplift communities in these regions. Resiato's work is characterized by a strong focus on promoting gender equality, providing support to GBV survivors, and driving initiatives that empower women to lead and thrive.
Seyanoi Daniel holds a BA in Management of Social Development from Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy. She has eight years of experience in gender protection, having worked with Ngorongoro Youth Associations, Ngorongoro District Council, and Korongoro Community Organization as a Project Manager for the Women Development Initiative in Ngorongoro.
